Only data voluntarily provided through the contact form is collected: name, email address, message. Submissions are stored in a SQLite database on the server. Your IP address is collected for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Cookies
The website uses only essential technical cookies to remember your cookie consent choice. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies without separate consent.
Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed to respond to your contact inquiry. To notify the consultant of new messages, submissions are forwarded to ntfy.sh, a third-party push notification service. Your consent is required and stored with each submission.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO in Poland).
Retention Period
Personal data is retained for 90 days (3 months) from the date of submission, after which it is automatically deleted by a cleanup job.
